- Describe the page. Say what the page is for, pick a goal, a tone and a language, and paste reviews if you have them.
- Gio drafts each section. The outline comes first, then each section as it is written. It is saved as a draft.
- A claim is flagged. The advertising check holds publishing on a must-fix phrase, such as a guaranteed refund.
- A lead arrives. The page is live at its own address. A new email from a referred visitor becomes a lead, credited to the referrer.
Gio Sites is included on every plan: 2 pages on Growth, 5 on Scale and 15 on Enterprise, counting drafts. Firm admins build and publish pages, and Gio's drafts and edits use the firm's Gio credits. In the app, it is under Landing Pages.

Gio Sites,
in practice.
A firm often wants more than one way in, such as a page for its referral program and one for booking appointments. Gio Sites starts each from a draft instead of a blank screen.
01
Start with a description, not a blank page
Describe the page, choose its goal and tone, and write it in English or Spanish. Gio outlines the page, then writes it section by section in a live preview. The header, contact details and map come from your firm profile, and the result is saved as a draft.
- Goals for leads, appointments and referral programs
- Testimonials only from client reviews you paste in
- Statistics Gio cannot support stay hidden until replaced
02
Shape it in a real editor
Choose from more than 30 section types, drag them into order and hide the ones you are not using. Set the theme, fonts and colors. Ask Gio to change the copy or the layout: it proposes the changes, and nothing changes until you approve them.
- Phone, tablet and desktop previews
- Forms from fields you choose or a saved form template
- Edits stay in a draft until you publish
03
Publish with care, then follow every lead
Before a page goes live, an advertising check reviews the words in its sections, forms and search text and holds publishing on claims such as a guaranteed refund or an implied IRS endorsement. Each page has its own address. A personal referral link opens your default page with the referrer's name, and a referral code added to any page's address credits the referrer.
- Its own yourname.goreferme.to address
- A new email from a form becomes a CRM lead
- Views and submissions for each page
A clear path from setup to action.
01
Describe it
Tell Gio what the page is for and how it should sound. Paste real client reviews if you want them on the page.
02
Edit and preview
Change sections, copy and theme by hand or with Gio, and check the page on phone, tablet and desktop.
03
Check and publish
Fix anything the advertising check holds, publish the page to its own address and share it.
The details
that matter.
Publishing is held until you fix guarantee language, wording that implies IRS or Treasury approval, calling an enrolled agent or preparer "certified", promises about refund timing or size, refund-loan wording, fees set as a percentage of the refund, an exposed EFIN and terms your firm has banned. Other items are warnings to review, such as dates, "free" offers without terms, rankings or awards without proof and placeholder text. The check reads the words in the page's shown sections, including Custom HTML text and the labels, choices, buttons and messages of its forms, plus the floating call-to-action button and cookie banner when they are turned on and the search title and description, in English and Spanish. It does not read words inside images or embedded content, such as a video. It is free, and it supports your own review; it is not legal advice.
Each page gets its own address at a name you choose on goreferme.to, which you can rename while the new name is free. The page also answers at a /p/ path. Connecting your own domain to a page is not available today.
The submission is stored with the page; a repeat from the same email on the same page is not stored twice. If it includes an email address that is new to your firm, it becomes a CRM lead. When the visitor came through a referral link, the lead is credited to the person who shared it: a preparer's link assigns it to that preparer, and a client's link to the client's preparer. Every firm admin gets an in-app notice and, unless email notices are turned off, an email. On Scale and Enterprise, a submission can also start a FlowBuilder workflow.
A whole page draft is 10 credits, and each message in the editor chat is 3 credits, even a question. Rewriting a section is 2 credits, a single field 1 credit, the search text 1 credit and a translated copy of a page 5 credits. Stopping a draft costs nothing, and a draft is not charged if it fails before any section is written. Editing by hand is free.
Growth includes 2 pages, Scale 5 and Enterprise 15. Drafts count, and a duplicate or a translated copy is a new page. Deleting a page frees its place.
The 7-day free trial uses the Scale feature set. Enterprise-only capabilities are not part of that trial. A card is required to start the trial, and nothing is charged that day. When the trial ends, the plan you chose begins and is billed to that card, with its one-time setup fee, unless you cancel before then. Your card is held by Stripe, our payment processor; GoRefer never stores card details.
