An active firm is a firm you referred whose subscription is active and paid, and it keeps counting after its commission window ends. Cookie and commission windows are separate. New referrals use your current tier; existing referrals keep the commission rate and window they locked.

Account and attribution controls

The affiliate system tracks W-9 status, fraud scores, and refund or chargeback clawbacks. Manual attribution claims are limited to 5 per quarter. Review your account for recorded commissions and payout status.

That depends on your network and your tier, and we don't publish an average — we have no audited figure to stand behind. What we can show you is the arithmetic. One Enterprise referral on the $5,750/yr plan pays $460/yr at Standard (8%), $690/yr at Power (12%) and $1,150/yr at Elite (20%). Ten of those at the Elite rate is $11,500 a year. There is no cap — and no promise either: what you earn depends on how many firms you refer, which plans they buy, and how long they stay.

Commissions follow eligible paid subscription invoices at the rate locked for that referral. If a referral upgrades from Growth ($1,430/yr) to Enterprise ($5,750/yr), your annual commission goes from $114 to $460 (Standard), $172 to $690 (Power), or $286 to $1,150 (Elite). These full-year examples assume a full annual invoice. If an upgrade produces an eligible paid invoice, commission follows that amount, subject to the commission window and payout hold.

Yes. Every plan earns commission on both billing cycles — Growth ($149/mo or $1,430/yr), Scale ($279/mo or $2,678/yr) and Enterprise ($599/mo or $5,750/yr). Standard affiliates earn 8%, Power affiliates earn 12%, and Elite affiliates earn 20%. Each referral earns commission for 12 months at Standard and Power and for 24 months at Elite, counted from the day the firm signs up. It is the recurring subscription that is commissionable — the one-time activation fee is not.
