What you can use depends on your role, your plan and the features your firm has turned on.
Yes. AI can produce incorrect facts, calculations, extractions or citations. Gio is intended to assist the responsible professional. Check the source documents, authorities and final result before relying on them.
Monthly credits: Growth 200, Scale 650, Enterprise 1,750. Monthly allowances reset. Purchased credits are tracked separately from your monthly allowance and are used after it. Gio credit packs (firm or personal): unspent credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase, and a refund removes them. Purchased credits expire 60 days after purchase. Top-ups cost $0.50 per credit. Most operation rates are fixed; Board Room varies with response length (minimum 2 credits).
Access is limited to your firm and each user's role. Documents and AI requests can pass through the service providers listed in the Trust Center. How long data is kept depends on the type of record; the Trust Center's Data Retention page says what is kept and what is deleted.
